Long-term care facilities were recommended by Gov. Roy Cooper on March 13, 2020 to restrict visitation by non-essential individuals.  Please click HERE to see this order.  Long-term care ombudsmen are not considered “essential” but do, however, have access to residents via phone, email and other types of technology and should not be restricted in contacting the RLTCO office if they have questions or concerns.
